THE IMPRESARIO by W. A. Mozart
One thing I am especially proud of is my translation of all of the arias and ensembles from German into English. Something you find far too often in translations of Mozart is to turn his repetitions of text into new phrases (instead of repeating the same text several times). This goes completely against his style, and does not offer young singers (or budding directors) the challenge of performing/staging these repetitions. Also, the verbs tend to get completely skewered with the rhymes not falling in the correct spots. I spent a lot of time on it, and I believe it was both true to the original German and quite singable!
